Abstract
Description
Technischer Hintergrundtechnical background
In a belt filter press, the juice yield is largely determined by the throughput of mash and the corresponding pressing time (belt speed). The ratio of juice quantity / mash quantity is defined as juice yield, or the ratio juice quantity × juice density / mash quantity × mash density (juice quantities, for example, in m 3 / h). As a rule, higher yields are obtained with lower quantities and high pressing times / low belt speeds. The press result is of course also determined by other machine settings and the quality of the apple mash (type and age of the apples). Different operating states therefore result for corresponding yields. With manual control / regulation of these operating conditions, corresponding time / personnel expenditure arises; Due to the large number of parameters that ultimately determine the quality of the product, the processes and juice quality cannot be fully optimized.
Darstellung der Erfindungpresentation the invention
The invention is the automation of a belt filter press the goal of a predefinable and largely constant yield of juice.
This The problem is solved with the features of claim 1.
The The basic idea of the invention is through the use of at least two control loops to optimize the juice yield to reach.
Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen sind den Unteransprüchen zu entnehmen.advantageous Refinements can be found in the subclaims.

The Operation of the belt filter press with the control devices according to the invention is briefly explained in detail:
Usually inductive flowmeters are used for flow measurement. It can but also other flow meters (e.g. mechanical such as rotameters etc) or mass flow meters can be used.
- a) The two quantities are measured continuously and the yield is also continuously calculated (signals from the flow meter as 4-20 mA).
- b) The two quantities are added as pulses per unit of quantity over a certain time in a counter (not shown) and the yield is calculated and displayed. Then the counter is reset internally and it is added again.

- a) Durch kontinuierliche Veränderung;
- a) Through continuous change;
- b) by gradual change in +/- 10% steps ten, whereby the steps can be variably adjustable.

The Display of actual and target values and operation of the control units takes place either at an operating point on the machine, the control cabinet / control unit or about a process control system.
