Abstract
Description
According to the current state of the art pumps using energy from solar cells, e.g. in shape from s. G. "Solar Islands" operated the pumps are placed under the water surface and are above a unsolvable Connection to the solar cell on the water surface connected. With products of this type, there is a significant disadvantage since the lifespan of the solar cells usually exceeds that of the pump. The result is that the product is unusable in the event of a pump defect and must therefore be disposed of, even though the power source, the the vast majority Represents cost factor in such products, still works perfectly.
The invention now relates to a solar module, which is characterized by a shape and material properties any float, on the water surface floats and attached to an electrically operated pump unit can be. The solar cell and the pump are protected by a waterproof, but detachable connector, which is located under the water surface, electrically connected.
The special advantage of this floating solar pump unit, is that in the event of a defect, depending on the requirement, the pump or the solar module can be replaced.
