Abstract
Description

Beim Transport der Flaschenbündel welche in den Rahmen fest verspannt sind kommt es trotzdem zu Lageveränderungen der einzelnen Druckgasflaschen insbesondere zu Verdrehungen dieser. Aus diesem Grunde muss das Rohrsystem für Flaschenbündel in hohem Maße in der Lage sein Höhentoleranzen, Durchmessertoleranzen und Verdrehungen der Druckgasflaschen bei vollem Druck auszugleichen. Als Stand der Technik sind verschiedene Veröffentlichungen bekannt, in denen Rohrsysteme für Flaschenbündel beschrieben oder abgebildet sind. Ein Beispiel aus dem Stand der Technik soll hier erläutert werden. Die DE PS 196 37 902 „Ventil Rohrsystem" zeigt in ihren Figuren ein solches Rohrsystem für Flaschenbündel bei dem axial aus in den Druckgasflaschen eingeschraubten Flaschenstopfen in einem Bogen wieder nach unten zeigend eine Stichleitung in eine Ringleitung mündet, die von einer Ventilarmatur abgesperrt wird. Auf einer Fläche des Vielkantes befindet sich senkrecht zur Mittellinie zeigend eine Gewindebohrung mit außenliegender Dichtfläche, die sich rechtwinklig mit einer axialen Bohrung trifft, welche von der unteren äußeren Seite des kegligen Gewindes kommt. Beide Bohrungen sind Sackbohrungen und enden an ihrem Zusammentreffen. Die Gewindebohrungen der Flaschenkegel zeigen dabei alle in eine Richtung. In die Gewindebohrung des Flaschenkegels ist eine Rohrverschraubung dichtend eingeschraubt, in der wiederum an der anderen Seite dichtend ein Ende einer Rohrspirale eingeschraubt ist. Die Rohrspirale ist mit mindestens einer Windung koaxial um den Flaschenhals gewunden, um dann mit einem Ende welches radial eingebogen ist in der Rohrverschraubung zu enden und mit dem anderem Ende, welches radial ausgebogen ist in einem zwischen zwei Druckgasflaschenreihen angeordnetem Hauptrohr zu münden, mit dem es fest und dicht verbunden ist. Alle Druckgasflaschen des Flaschenpaketes sind in der Art an das Hauptrohr angeschlossen. Dabei sind die Rohrspiralen der Druckgasflaschenreihen auf einer Seite eines Hauptrohres gegenüber der auf der anderen Seite des Hauptrohres spiegelverkehrt. Das Hauptrohr ist an einem Ende druckdicht mit einem Blindstopfen verschlossen und an dem anderem Ende zu einer Seite gebogen, wobei an diesem Ende mit Hilfe einer Überwurfmutter und einem Anschweißstutzen mit Bund und Dichtung dieses Ende an einem Bündelventil verschraubt ist, an dem auf der anderen Seite eine weitere Doppelreihe von Druckgasflaschen mit der gleichen Anordnung angeschlossen ist.
