Abstract

Spinning lathe (100) comprises an upper support (40), a lower support (50) and an additional auxiliary support (30) aligned on the upper support. A pressure roller holder (20) and pressure roller (22) are mounted on the auxiliary support. The auxiliary support is connected to the upper support by a piston-cylinder arrangement (32) with a path sensor (34) for measurement of their relative position and delivery of a corresponding signal to a control unit. Thus over-determination of the system is prevented. The control unit for the X-coordinate continuously receives the current position of the print roll, even when this is pushed slightly within the auxiliary support. Thus the auxiliary support can be used to regulate the deformation force on the print roll at every position on the workpiece (1). The invention also relates to a corresponding method for smoothing or polishing the surface of a workpiece with a spinning lathe.

Claims (4)

1. Drückmaschine (100) mit
  • - einem Drückfutter (2),
  • - einem in wenigstens zwei Koordinatenrichtungen (X, Z) verfahrbaren Drückrollen-Kreuzsupport (10) mit Ober­ support (40) und Untersupport (50), die jeweils we­ nigstens mit einer Antriebsvorrichtung und einem Weg­ aufnehmer versehen sind,
  • - mindestens einer Drückrolle (22), die an einem Drück­ rollenhalter (20) gehaltert ist, der mit dem Obersup­ port (40) über einen Hilfssupport (30) verbunden ist und in einer Richtung Q parallel zum Obersupport (40) verschiebbar ist, und mit
  • - einer Steuereinheit (200),
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
  • - dass der Hilfssupport (30) mit dem Obersupport (40) ü­ ber eine Kolben-Zylinder-Anordnung (32) verbunden ist;
  • - dass zwischen dem Hilfssupport (30) und dem Obersup­ port (40) ein Wegaufnehmer (34) vorgesehen ist, mit dem die Position des Hilfssupports relativ zum Ober­ support als elektrisches Meßsignal aufnehmbar und an die Steuereinheit weiterleitbar ist; und
  • - dass die Steuereinheit eine Additionseinrichtung (222) enthält, in der die Messsignale des Wegaufnehmers (34) des Hilfssupports (30) und die Messsignale des Wegauf­ nehmers (44) des Obersupports (40) addierbar und durch welche die so erhaltene Summe der Messwerte als X- Koordinate an eine Lageregelungseinrichtung (220) für den Obersupport (40) weitergeleitet wird.
