Abstract

Sensor device comprises an absolute pressure sensor comprising a leak-tight housing with a pressure membrane and a serial vibration circuit comprised of a capacitor and a pressure-dependent inductance that is frequency modulated. Pressure dependent deformation of the sensor membrane changes the value of a magnetic resistance in a magnetic circuit and so enables pressure measurement via deflection of a lever.
