Claims (13)

1. Elektrochirurgisches Instrument mit
  • - zwei gelenkig miteinander verbundenen Branchen (10, 20), die zum Öffnen oder Schließen entsprechend einem Klemm-, Spreiz- oder Schneidwerkzeug betätigbar sind;
  • - mit mindestens einer Elektrode (40, 41) an einem distalen Ende (12, 22) der Branchen (10, 20), die über eine in den Branchen (10, 20) geführte Stromzuführung (42, 43) zu einem proximalen Ende (11, 21) der Branchen (10, 20) von einem Stromgenerator mit einem therapeutisch wirksamen Strom, insbesondere Koagulationsstrom versorgbar sind,
    wobei die Branchen (10, 20) über mindestens ein achsloses Gelenk (30, 31) miteinander verbunden sind.
