Die Erfindung hat den Vorteil, dass die Sperrschicht mittels Tief- oder Flexodruck in der Druckmaschine in einem Arbeitsgang bei gleichzeitigem Bedrucken des Trägermaterials aufgebracht wird. Eine Papiermaschine mit einem Tiefdruckwerk kann die Schicht aufbringen, jedoch nicht bedrucken. Es handelt sich um eine Schicht, die entsprechend des Materials in der Dicke variieren kann, ohne die Homogenität zu vertieren und im Endzustand die ob&n erwähnte Eigenschaft hat.. Dabei können im gleichen Arbeitsgang auf der Vorder- od Rückseite zum Beispiel mehrfarbige Drucke erfolgen. Die Geschwindigkeit der Verarbeitung ist zudem viel höher als in den bekannten Verfahren.
