Eisglas/-gefäß mit festem Stiel sowie Vorrichtung zum Herstellen derselbigen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zur Aufbewahrung von Flüssigkeiten vorgesehene Teil (in der Folge, so auch in der Beschreibung als "Hohlkörper" bezeichnet) aus Eis besteht, der für das Festhalten und/oder Hantieren des Gefäßes zuständige Teil (in der Folge, so auch in der Beschreibung als "Stiel" bezeichnet) aber aus einem anderen, festen Material (siehe 3). Hohlkörper und Stiel sind fest miteinander verbunden. Der Stiel ist sinnvollerweise unterhalb, d. h. am Boden des Hohlkörpers angebracht. Seine Position ist jedoch nach Bedarf variierbar.2.   • - sowohl die Farbe des Hohlkörpers, als auch des Stieles sind variierbar.
  • - zur besseren Stabilisation ist der hohlkörperzugewandte Teil des Stieles (in der Folge, so auch in der Beschreibung mit "Stielkopf" bezeichnet) verbreitert, um eine möglichst große Kontaktstelle innerhalb der "Eiswand des Hohlkörpers" zu gewährleisten.
