Claims (7)
wobei in dem Zylinder (4) zwei Zylinderkolben (5) ange ordnet sind, welche beiden Zylinderkolben (5) unter Verkleinerung eines mittigen kolbenvorderseitigen Zylinder abschnittes (6) und unter Vergrößerung zweier kolbenrück seitiger Zylinderabschnitte (7) gegeneinanderbewegbar sind sowie unter Vergrößerung des mittigen kolbenvorderseitigen Zylinderabschnitts (6) und gleichzeitiger Verkleinerung der kolbenrückseitigen Zylinderabschnitte (7) wieder ausein ander bewegbar sind,
wobei der mittige kolbenvorderseitige Zylinderabschnitt (6) über zumindest eine erste Saugleitung (2) an die Vakuum pumpe (1) angeschlossen ist und wobei die beiden kolben rückseitigen Zylinderabschnitte (7) über jeweils zumindest eine zweite Saugleitung (3) an die Vakuumpumpe (1) angeschlossen sind,
wobei der mittige kolbenvorderseitige Zylinderabschnitt (6) bei geöffneter erster Saugleitung (2) und bei geschlossenen zweiten Saugleitungen (3) von der Vakuumpumpe (1) mit der Maßgabe beaufschlagbar ist, dass die beiden Zylinderkolben (5) aufgrund des entstehenden Unterdrucks gegeneinander bewegbar sind,
wobei anschließend die beiden kolbenrückseitigen Zylinder abschnitte (7) bei geöffneten zweiten Saugleitungen (3) und geschlossener erster Saugleitung (2) von der Vakuumpumpe (1) mit der Maßgabe beaufschlagbar sind, dass die beiden Zylinderkolben (5) aufgrund des in den kolbenrückseitigen Zylinderabschnitten (7) entstehenden Unterdruckes ausein ander bewegbar sind
