Claims (6)

1. Einbaufertig vorbereitetes Bauelement, nämlich Fenster oder Tür, mit Glasscheibe (6) und Rahmen (3), mit dem die Glasscheibe eingefaßt ist, wobei Elastomer- Dichtungslippen (5) eine Überbrückung zwischen Rahmen und Außenseiten der Glasscheibe bilden, dadurch gekenn­ zeichnet, daß wenigstens eine der Außenseiten der Glas­ scheibe bis an ihre Kanten mit einer dünnen Kunststoff- Folie (10) belegt ist, die sich bis unter die von den Elastomer-Dichtungslippen kontaktierten Bereiche der Glasscheibe erstreckt, wobei die Kunststoff-Folie derart gewählt ist, daß sie folgenden Kriterien genügt:
  • a) die Kunststoff-Folie (10) ist derart gleitfähig, daß sie unter den von den Elastomer-Dichtungslip­ pen kontaktierten Bereiche herausziehbar ist,
  • b) die Kunststoff-Folie (10) hat bei einer Temperatur zwischen -10°C und +30°C eine derart hohe Zugfe­ stigkeit und Reißfestigkeit, daß sie bei dem Her­ ausziehvorgang nicht reißt,
  • c) die Kunststoff-Folie (10) ist so dünn, daß nach Entfernen der Folie die Elastomer-Dichtungslippen weiterhin ausreichend fest auf die Außenseiten der Glasscheibe aufdrücken, so daß deren Halterung im Rahmen (3) gewährleistet ist.
