Claims (14)

1. Hydraulische Ausdrückvorrichtung, insbesondere für Abziehgeräte, mit einem Hydraulikzylinder (8) mit folgenden Merkmalen:
  • - ein Ende des Hydraulikzylinders (8) ist mit einem Innengewinde (9) versehen, in das eine Gewindespindel (10) eingeschraubt ist,
  • - an dem anderen Ende weist der Hydraulikzylinder (8) eine Linearfüh­ rung auf, in der ein Druckelement (15) längsverschiebbar geführt ist,
  • - der Hydraulikzylinder (8) weist zwei Zylinderabschnitte (12, 13) mit unterschiedlichen Querschnittsflächen auf,
  • - in dem ersten Zylinderabschnitt (12) ist ein erstes Kolbenelement (11) dicht geführt, welches an die Gewindespindel (10) angrenzt,
  • - in dem zweiten Zylinderabschnitt (13) ist ein zweites Kolbenelement (14) dicht geführt, welches an das Druckelement (15) angrenzt,
  • - zwischen den beiden Kolbenelementen (11, 14) ist in dem Hydrau­ likzylinder (8) ein Hydraulikmedium (16) eingeschlossen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gewindespindel (10) einen Abschnitt begrenzter mechanischer Belastbarkeit aufweist, der die auf das erste Kolbenelement (11) übertragbare Kraft derart begrenzt, daß der Druck des Hydraulikmediums (16) unterhalb eines Grenzdrucks bleibt, ab dem eine Beschädigung des Hydraulikzylinders (8) auftreten kann.
1. Hydraulic ejection device, in particular for pullers, with a hydraulic cylinder ( 8 ) with the following features:

  • - The hydraulic cylinder ( 8 ) has two cylinder sections ( 12 , 13 ) with different cross-sectional areas,
  • a first piston element ( 11 ) is tightly guided in the first cylinder section ( 12 ) and adjoins the threaded spindle ( 10 ),
  • a second piston element ( 14 ) is tightly guided in the second cylinder section ( 13 ) and adjoins the pressure element ( 15 ),
  • - Between the two piston elements ( 11 , 14 ), a hydraulic medium ( 16 ) is enclosed in the hydraulic cylinder ( 8 ),
characterized in that the threaded spindle ( 10 ) has a section of limited mechanical strength which limits the force which can be transmitted to the first piston element ( 11 ) in such a way that the pressure of the hydraulic medium ( 16 ) remains below a limit pressure from which damage to the hydraulic cylinder ( 8 ) can occur.
2. Ausdrückvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gewindespindel (10) zumindest abschnittsweise einen reduzierten Quer­ schnitt aufweist.2.
