Es gibt Wechselkupplungen ( 1), die aus zwei Kupplungshälften ( 2 ) bestehen. Über diese werden Hydraulikschläuche oder Leitungen voneinander getrennt, ohne dass dabei Hydrauliköl austritt. Diese haben den Nachteil, dass sie ab einer gewissen Baugröße, da sich oft noch ein Restdruck in den Leitungen befindet, sehr schwer zu kuppeln sind. Der Kuppelvorgang bei Kupplungen, die mit einander verschraubt werden, dauert ca. 5 Minuten. Da bei hydraulischen Antrieben immer mindestens zwei Leitungen und somit auch zwei Kupplungen vorhanden sind, ist die doppelte Zeit notwendig. Sinn der Erfindung ist es, eine Kupplung derart zu verändern, dass Kuppelvorgänge wenige Sekunden mit erheblich geringerer Kraftaufwendung zu tätigen sind.There are interchangeable couplings ( 1 ) that consist of two coupling halves ( 2 ).
