Claims (10)

1. Luftfilter (100; 200; 300) für einen Luftverdichter, insbesondere für Silo-Fahrzeuge, umfassend:
  • 1. wenigstens ein plattenförmiges Filterelement (1.1, 1.2) mit einer Anström- und einer Abströmseite (11.1; 11.2);
    • - einem quaderförmigen Gehäuse (2; 22) zur Aufnahme des wenigstens einen Filterelementes (1.1, 1.2), welches Gehäuse eine Lufteintritts- und eine Luft­ austrittsöffnung (5; 6) aufweist sowie zwei gegen­ überliegende Wandungsteile (21.1; 21.2), die paral­ lel zu der Anström- und Abströmseite des Fil­ terelementes (1.1, (11.1; 11.2) liegen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
  • 1. sowohl die Lufteintritts- als auch die Luft­ austrittsöffnung (5; 6) im zur Abströmseite (11.2) des plattenförmigen Filterelementes benachbarten Wandungsteil (21.1) des Gehäuses angeordnet sind,
    • - und daß die durch die Lufteintrittsöffnung (5) ins Gehäuse (2) zugeführte Luft über wenigstens einen seitlichen, außerhalb des Filterelementes angeord­ neten, im Gehäuse eingearbeiteten Kanal (7.1, 7.2) in eine einer Anströmseite (11.1) des Filterele­ mentes zugewandten Kammer (23) des Gehäuses, an­ schließend durch das Filterelement (1.1, 1.2) und schließlich über die Luftaustrittsöffnung (6) dem Ansaugstutzen des Luftverdichters zuführbar ist.
