Claims (11)

1. Haltevorrichtung (1), insbesondere für Plattenheizkörper, mit einer ortsfesten Wandkonsole (10), die ein oberes Ende und ein unteres Ende aufweist und einem gegenüber der Wandkonsole bewegbaren Klemmbü­ gel (20) mit einer oberen Halterung (21), welcher am oberen Ende der Wandkonsole (10) durch ein Verbindungselement (30) in Richtung der Längsachse der Wandkonsole (10) verschiebbar an seinem Führungsbe­ reich (24) gehalten ist und mit einem Kraftelement (38), das zwischen Klemmbügel (20) und dem Verbindungselement wirkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Klemmbügel (20) eine Rastvorrichtung (25) aufweist, die ihn in einer vom unteren Ende der Wandkonsole (10) entfernten Position entge­ gen der Wirkung des Kraftelements (35) halten kann und ihn in einer dem unteren Ende der Wandkonsole (30) näheren Position unter Einwirkung des Kraftelements (38) hält, wobei der Wechsel zwischen diesen beiden Positionen durch ein Verschwenken des Führungsbereichs (24) gegen­ über der Wandkonsole (10) erreichbar ist.1.
