Claims (4)

1. Stecker (1) mit Datenkabel (5) nach US-Telekommunikationsnorm FCC 68.500, bestehend aus
  • a) einem Steckergehäuse (2) aus Kunststoff,
  • b) Messer-Kontakten (3),
  • c) einer Abschirmung (4), die das Steckergehäuse (2) auf vier Seiten umgibt,
  • d) dem Datenkabel (5), das in das Steckergehäuse (2) hineinragt,
  • e) den freigelegten Adern (6) des Datenkabels, die zu den Messer-Kontakten (3) führen und von diesen leitend durchdrungen werden,
  • f) einem Kunststoffkörper (7), der den nach der Montage des Datenkabels (5) im Inneren des Steckergehäuses (2) verbleibenden Hohlraum nahezu ausfüllt und dessen außerhalb des Steckergehäuses (2) liegender Teil so ausgestaltet ist, dass eine Tülle für das Steckergehäuse (2) mit integriertem Knickschutz für das Datenkabel (5) gebildet wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kunststoffkörper (7) aus zwei Teilkörpern (7.1, 7.2) von jeweils unterschiedlichem Kunststoff besteht, wobei ein Teilkörper (7.1) des Kunststoffkörpers (7) den nach der Montage des Datenkabels (5) im Inneren des Steckergehäuses (2) verbleibenden Hohlraum nahezu ausfüllt und der andere Teilkörper (7.2) des Kunststoffkörpers (7) im wesentlichen die außerhalb des Steckergehäuses (2) liegende Tülle mit integriertem Knickschutz bildet.
