Claims (12)

1. Kontinuierlich arbeitende Ausmischanlage zur Herstellung von Flüssigprodukten, z. B. Getränken, nach vorgegebenen Rezepturen, im wesentlichen umfassend
  • - ein Rahmengestell (1),
  • - darin ein Basisrohr (2) für eine Basisflüssigkeit,
  • - Behälter (3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6) für Zusatzflüssigkeiten,
  • - Impfstellen (10.1, 10.2, 10.3, 10.4, 10.5, 10.6) zum Einleiten der Zusatzflüssigkeiten in die Basisflüssigkeit
  • - und eine aus Durchflussmesser (13), Regelventil (7), Absperrventilen (6, 9), Impfrohr (8) und Impfventil (20) gebildete Impfvorrichtung zwischen einem Behälter (3.1, 3.2 . . . 3.6) und seiner Impfstelle (10.1, 10.2 . . . 10.6), gekennzeichnet durch die Merkmale:
  • - das Impfventil (20) besitzt
  • - eine untere Kammer (21)
  • - eine obere Kammer (22)
  • - und dazwischen eine gesteuert zu öffnende und zu schließende Dichtstelle (23),
  • - das Impfrohr (8) ist durch die eine Kammer (21) durchgeführt,
  • - ein Mischrohr (11) ist durch die andere Kammer (22) durchgeführt,
  • - die Impfstelle (10.31 . . . 10.52) ist gebildet durch eine Engstelle (12) im Basisrohr (2),
  • - das Mischrohr (11)
  • - ist vor der Engstelle (12) aus dem Basisrohr (2) ausgeleitet
  • - und nahe bei der Engstelle (12) wieder in das Basisrohr (2) eingeleitet.
