Claims (8)

1. Baugruppe bestehend aus einer Rückenlehne (10; 10'; 10"; 10''') eines Fahrzeugsitzes (12; 12; 12"; 12''') und einer Kopfstütze (14; 14'; 14"; 14'''), wobei ein reversibler Verzögerungssensor (16; 16; 16"; 16''') vorgesehen ist, der fahrzeugfest angebracht ist und ein Auslösesignal erzeugen kann, wenn eine vorbestimmte Verzögerung überschritten wird, sowie ein aktiver, reversibler Verstellmechanismus (36; 36'; 36"; 36'''), mitttels dem die Kopfstütze aus einer Ruhestellung (va) in eine Wirkstellung (vb) gebracht werden kann.1.
