Claims (14)

1. Vorrichtung zur Überprüfung der Maß- und/oder der Formtole­ ranzen einer rotationssymmetrischen Fläche eines Werkstüc­ kes, bestehend aus einer Halterung mit mindestens einem die rotationssymmetrische Fläche abtastenden Sensor dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Werkstück (1) mit einem Referenzkörper (13, 17) zur Bildung eines ringförmigen, von der rotationssymmetrischen Fläche (2) des Werkstückes (1) und einer rotationssymmetri­ schen Fläche des Referenzkörpers (13, 17) begrenzten Meßrau­ mes verbindbar ist, daß die Halterung (14, 21) in axialer Richtung in den ringförmigen Meßraum bewegbar ausgebildet ist und mindestens einen einerseits die rotationssymmetri­ sche Fläche (2) des Werkstückes (1) und andererseits die ro­ tationssymmetrische Fläche des Referenzkörpers (13, 17) Meß­ wert erfassenden Sensor (15) aufweist und die Halterung (14, 21) mit dem Sensor (15) relativ gegenüber dem Werkstück (1) und dem Referenzkörper (13, 17) bewegbar ist.1.
