Claims (32)

1. Verpackungselement zur gepolsterten, stapel-, lager- und versandsicher stoßge­ schützten Unterbringung von Verpackungsgut (2), wobei das Verpackungselement eine das Verpackungsgut gegenüber einer Außen- oder Umverpackung (4) tragende Innenverpackung ist, die
  • a) aus einem Zuschnitt (1) aus faltbarem Material wie Wellpappe auffaltbar ist, umfassend
    • a) einen ebenen Boden (11), der eine Auflagefläche für das ihm gegenüber zu fixierende Verpackungsgut bildet, sowie
    • b) entlang der Begrenzung des Bodens (11) angelenkte Klappen (15, 16)
    und
  • b) eine um die Innenverpackung gelegte Umspannung (3) in Form wenigstens eines Spannbandes zum Fixieren des Verpackungsgutes unter Erzeugung von dieses haltendem, von der Materialrückstellkraft wenigstens einer der Klappen beein­ flußtem Kraftschluß aufweist,
wobei mindestens ein Teil dieser Klappe als Spann- oder Spreizklappe (15) ausge­ bildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
  • a) das Spannband (3)
    • a) ringförmig geschlossen sowie im wesentlichen längenkonstant und -unelastisch ist und
    • b) das Verpackungsgut (2) und die die Spreizklappe (15) umfassende Klap­ pe locker umgibt,
    und
  • b) die Spreizklappe (15)
    • a) gegenüber dem Verpackungsgut wenigstens teilweise berührungsfrei an­ geordnet sowie
    • b) als ausschließliches Element für die Erzeugung der Spannkraft über das Spannband zum kraftschlüssigen Halten des Verpackungsguts vorge­ sehen ist.

    • c) als über die Anlenkung (13) der Querflügelklappen (16) um eine vorbe­ stimmte erste Auskragbreite (d) hinausragende Längsdistanzhalter ausge­ bildet sind;
  • b) die Querflügelklappen (16) als entsprechend der Auskragbreite (d) der Längs­ flügelklappen (15) taillierte, im Anschluß an die Taillierung (17) nach außen um eine zweite Auskragbreite (e) über die gedachte Verlängerung der Faltlinien (12) der Längsflügelklappen auskragende Stützflügel (16) vorgesehen sind, während sie mindestens teilweise der Breite (B) des Innenraumes der Umverpackung ent­ sprechende Breitendistanzhalter bilden; und
  • c) bei aufgesetztem Verpackungsgut mit im wesentlichen senkrecht zum Boden ge­ falteten Längsflügelklappen (15) deren Spreizklappen (15.4) mittels der Um­ spannung/der Spannbänder (3) das Verpackungsgut (2) ausschließlich durch die Rückstellkraft derselben gespannt in seiner Position halten.
