Bearbeitungsstationen mit Positionierung werden in automatisierten Fertigungsprozessen an fixierten Positionen überwiegend neben Transfersystemen / Laufbändern zur Bearbeitung, Montage, Prüfung und Sortierung von Bauelementen / Montageeinheiten eingesetzt, wobei i.d.R. die Zuführung der zu bearbeitenden Bauelemente / Montageeinheiten auf ein neben den Bearbeitungsstationen verlaufendes Transfersystem ausgeführt wird.. Damit wird die Zuführung von Bauteilen / Montageeinheiten direkt auf das Transfersystem möglich. Auch die Zuführung von Bauteilen / Montageeinheiten zu anderen Bearbeitungsstationen ist durch direkte Übergabe an das Transfersystem (2) möglich. Die Fertigungsstrecken sind ohne Stillstands- und Einrichtzeiten für die neuen Fertigungsaufgaben sofort einsatzbereit. Der Einsatz der Bearbeitungsstation mit Positionierung ist für besonders schnell wechselnde Endprodukte oder unterschiedliche Losgrößen und insbesondere für Kleinserienfertigungen von großem Vorteil.The use of the processing station with positioning increases the flexibility of modern production processes.
