Description

Beschreibung:
Akustikdecken aus Gipslochplatten üblicher Bauweise werden im Zuge der Produktion oder nach Montage der Lpchplatten im Objekt sichtseitig mit wasserfest aufkaschiertem Glasvlies versehen. Das Glasvlies dient zur späteren Aufnahme einer Beschichtung mit schalltransparenten Akustikputzen.
Die Vergangenheit hat gezeigt, dass nach komplettem Einbau der Akustikdecken aus Gipslochplatten, Vlieskaschierung und Akustikputzbeschichtung durch unkontrollierte Luftströmungen Schmutzpartikel der Raumluft durch die Löcher der Gipsplatte diffundieren, die sich deutlich sichtbar im Lochbereich absetzen.
Die zusätzliche oberseitige Kaschierung der Platte mit geschlossenen, gelochten oder genadelten Kunststoff- oder Alufolien verhindert einen Luftstrom im Bereich der Löcher der Gipsplatte und somit auch ein Absetzen von Schmutz im Lochbereich. ' '
Die auf der mit Kunststoff- oder Alufolie kaschierten Platte zusätzlich aufzule- ; gende Bedämpfung erhöht den Schallabsorptionsgrad, der Akustikdecke.

Claims (2)

1. Akustikplatte aus gelochten Gipsplatten zur Aufnahme einer nachträglich aufgespritzten Akustikputzschicht als schallabsorbierende Decken- oder Wandkonstruktion, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sichtseite der Gipsplatten mit einem wasserfest aufkaschiertem Glasvlies zur späteren Aufnahme einer Akustikputzbeschichtung versehen ist und die Rückseite mit einer geschlossenen oder perforierten (lochen, nadeln) Kunststoff- oder Alufolie versehen ist.
2. Akustikplatte nach Schutzanspruch 1 Dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach Montage der Platte oberseitig eine akustische Bedämpfungsauflage aus Dämmplatten aus Mineralfasern, Steinwolle oder Melaminharzschaum aufgelegt wird.
