Abstract

The tree stand, especially for a Christmas tree, has a holding zone for the tree trunk (6) at a baseplate carrier (7), with a number of clamps (1) around it with clamping pads to hold the tree in place. Claims (12)

1. Baumständer, insbesondere Christbaumständer, mit einem an einem Träger (107) gebildeten Aufnahmebereich (100) für den Baumstamm (106), mit mehreren an dem Träger (107) gelagerten Schwenkarmen (102), die um eine Achse (100A) des Aufnahmebereichs (100) verteilt angeordnet und durch ein gemeinsames Betätigungselement (115) derart betätigbar sind, dass Spannbacken (101A, 101C) den Baumstamm (106) einspannen, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Spannbacken (100A, 100C) in wenigstens zwei Gruppen von jeweils wenigstens drei Spannbereichen vorgesehen sind,
dass die wenigstens zwei Gruppen in Richtung der Achse (100A) des Aufnahmebereichs (100) gegeneinander versetzt sind
und dass die Schwenkarme (102) in ihrem oberen Bereich mit Spannelementen (101) bestückt sind, an denen je eine Spannbacke (100A, 100C) aus jeder der Gruppen vorgesehen ist,
und zwar in derartiger Anordnung, dass das Spannelement (101) um zwei Achsen schwenkbar ist, die tangential zu gedachten Kreislinien um die Achse (100A) der Aufnahme (100) verlaufen.1.
