Claims (9)

Vorrichtung (10) zum Abdichten eines von mindestens einem inneren und von einem äußeren Körper (12, 13) begrenzten bspw. ringartigen Raumes (11), insbesondere zum Abdichten von Rohren, Kabeln, Kanälen oder dergleichen gegenüber Schutzrohren, Mauerdurchbrüchen oder dergleichen, mit einem oder mehreren, ein- oder mehrteiligen, über den Umfang des ringförmigen Raumes (11) verlaufenden und den bspw. ringförmigen Raum umfangsseitig ausfüllenden Dichtelement(en) (20), mit an den axial äußeren Stirnflächen des Dichtelementes oder der axial in Bezug auf den ringförmigen Raum nebeneinander liegenden Dichtelementen (20) verlaufenden Druckelementen (24, 25) und mit mit den Druckelementen (24, 25) zusammenwirkenden und diese und das oder die Dichtelemente (20) axial durchdringenden Spannmitteln (23) zum axialen Zusammendrücken und zum radialen Aufweiten des oder der Dichtelemente (20), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine außen- und/oder innenumfangsseitig freiliegende Lage (29, 30) aus hydrophilem Kautschuk in das aus elastomerem Material bestehende Dichtelement (20) eingelegt und/oder zwischen zwei axial benachbarten aus elastomerem Material bestehenden Dichtelementen (20) zwischengelegt ist.1.
