Claims

1. Device ( 1 ) for carrying a container ( 5 ), in particular one filled with a liquid, with an outlet device ( 6 ) for discharging the container contents, the device ( 1 ) having a casing ( 2 ) with a device ( 24 ) for holding the outlet device ( 6 ), a collecting device ( 4 , 87 ) for collecting escaping excess container contents and at least one base part ( 3 , 3a , 3b , 3c , 3d , 3e , 3f ) that can be inserted or is inserted into this for setting up the container ( 5 ), characterized in that the collecting device ( 4 , 87 ) can be removed or extended from the casing of the device ( 1 ) and, in the collecting position, can be reconnected or connected to it via connecting means ( 21 ) in a manner that is immovable relative to this.

2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the casing ( 2 ) has, in the region of one of its end edges ( 22 ), connecting means ( 21 ) into which the collecting device ( 4 ) can be inserted, in particular in the form of slot-shaped recesses ( 21 ).

Device according to one of claims 1 or 2, characterized in that the recesses ( 21 ) in the casing ( 2 ) of the device ( 1 ) are arranged in relation to the holding device ( 24 ) in the other end edge ( 22 ) of the casing of the device in such a way that the holding device ( 24 ) is positioned above the collecting device ( 4 ).

4. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the collecting device ( 4 , 87 ) can be provided with or is provided with devices for connecting to the casing ( 2 ), in particular tab-like devices.

5. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the casing ( 2 ) of the device has means for supporting the base part or parts ( 3 ).

6. Device according to claim 5, characterized in that the means are tab-shaped incisions ( 71 ) in the casing surface and/or on the casing inner surface ( 26 ) of the device ( 1 ) provided holding means, in particular ledge-like supports ( 25 , 28 ).

7. Device according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the base part or parts ( 3 , 3a , 3b , 3c , 3d , 3e , 3f ) are self-supporting, in particular can be inserted into the casing ( 2 ).

Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the outer surface and/or the base part(s) ( 3 ) and/or the collecting device ( 4 , 87 ) is designed as a solid surface and/or provided with perforations or in particular closable openings ( 75 ) and/or that the outer surface is constructed from individual, in particular rod-shaped elements ( 76 ), in particular arranged in a palisade-like manner or in the form of a net or grid.

13. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the casing ( 2 ) of the device and/or the device consists of several parts which can be joined together, in particular plugged together.

19. Sales unit consisting of a device ( 1 ) according to one of claims 1 to 18 and a container ( 5 ), wherein the dimensions of the device are matched to those of the container.

20. Base part ( 3 , 3a , 3b , 3c , 3d , 3e , 3f ), in particular for a device ( 1 ) according to one of claims 1 to 18, characterized in that the base part ( 3 , 3a , 3b , 3c , 3d , 3e , 3f ) can be inserted into a casing ( 2 ) of the device and/or is self-supporting.

Base part ( 3 ) according to claim 20, characterized in that the base part is provided with an edge part or an edge region ( 32 ) which has means ( 34 ) for engaging in recesses ( 71 , 74 ) and/or cutouts in the casing of the device, in particular tab-, hook- or nose-shaped projections ( 34 ) of the edge part or edge region ( 32 ) of the base part ( 3 ).

22. Base part according to claim 21, characterized in that in the central region of the base part ( 3 , 3a , 3b , 3c , 3d , 3e , 3f ) an opening and/or a perforation ( 33 ) for producing one or more openings is provided.

23. Base part ( 3 ) according to claim 20, characterized in that the base part ( 3 , 3 a, 3 b, 3 c, 3 d, 3 e, 3 f) is multi-part and in particular pluggable.

Base part ( 3 , 3a , 3b , 3c , 3d , 3e , 3f ) according to claim 20 or 23, characterized in that a self-supporting base part ( 3 , 3a , 3b , 3c , 3d , 3e , 3f ) is shaped such that it can be adjusted into the casing ( 2 ) of the device or is fixed without a casing and can be connected to a collecting device ( 4 , 87 ), in particular can be adjusted completely or partially into it.
