Claims (5)

1. Vorrichtung (20) zur Abtrennung von Rußpartikel aus heissen Dieselabgasströmen durch versprühen von Waschflüssigkeit, mit
  • - einem Sprühkopf (33) zum Erzeugen eines rotierenden Gas-Wassergemisches in der Waschkammer (21),
  • - einem Ansaugrohr (25), das die Rückwand (73) und die Stauscheibe (38) im Achsbereich (30) durchstösst und querschnittserweitert mit Distanz vor dem Sprühkopf (33) im Sprühbereich (35) endet,
  • - einer dem Sprühkopf (33) abströmseitig begrenzenden Stauscheibe (38) zumindest teilweise Abschotten des Sprühkopfes (33) von der nachgeschalteten Wendekammer (22),
  • - einer der Stauscheibe (38) radial umgebendem Ringraum (40) und einer den Ringraum (40) umgebenden Gehäusewan­ dung (28),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
in der Waschkammer (21) ein Sprühkopf (33) mit zwei oder mehreren querschnittserweiterten Gliederkränze (53, 54, 55), ist, die mit Distanz auf der Nabe (48) angeordnet sind,
daß ein Ansaugrohr (25) mit Querschnittserweiterungen (26, 27), die Rückwand (73), die Wendekammer (22), die Stauscheibe (38) im Achsbereich (30) durchstösst und querschnittserweitert vor dem Sprühkopf (33) mit Distanz im Sprühbereich (35) endet,
daß ein Ringraum (40) zwischen der Stauscheibe (38) und der Gehäusewand (28) ist, mit der die Waschkammer (21) und die Wendekammer (22) strömungsmässig verbunden ist, daß die Waschkammer (21) durch das Ansaugrohr (25) und der Stauscheibe (38) zur Wendekammer (22) großflächig begrenzt ist und die Wendekammer (22) der Waschkammer (21) nachge­ schaltet ist.
