Claims (6)

1. Faltschachtel (10) zur Aufbewahrung und zum Transport von Waren, insbesondere Tuben, mit
  • - einem im Querschnitt viereckförmigen Packungsmantel mit
  • - einem Vorderwandelement (12),
  • - einem Rückwandelement (14),
  • - über Faltlinien (16) an das Vorderwandelement (12) beziehungsweise Rückwandelement (14) angeschlossenen Seitenwandelementen (18) und
  • - einem jeweils über eine Faltlinie (28) oberseitig und unterseitig angeschlossenen Deckel (24) beziehungsweise Boden (26),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
  • - im Innern der Faltschachtel (10) eine Innenkammer (60) vorhanden ist, deren Unterseite durch ein erstes Wandelement (30), deren Oberseite durch ein zweites Wandelement (32) und deren Seitenwände durch eine erste Klebesteglasche (36) und eine zweite Klebesteglasche (38) gebildet werden,
  • - wobei das erste Wandelement (30) über eine mit dem Rückwandelement (14) über eine erste Klebelaschen­ faltlinie (22) verbunden ist, deren Breite (BK) kleiner ist als die Breite (BS) eines Seitenwandelements (18) und über eine zweite Klebelaschenfaltlinie (34) an die Klebelasche (20) angeformt ist, derart, dass im gefalteten Zustand der Faltschachtel (10) das erste Wandelement (30) parallel beabstandet zur Rückwand (14) der Faltschachtel (10) vorhanden ist,
  • - wobei an das erste Wandelement (30) über eine erste Klebesteglaschenfaltlinie (40) eine erste Klebesteglasche (36) angeformt ist,
  • - wobei an die erste Klebesteglasche (36) über eine zweite Klebesteglaschenfaltlinie (42) ein zweites Wandelement (32) angeformt ist,
  • - wobei an das zweite Wandelement (32) über eine dritte Klebesteglaschenfaltlinie (44) eine zweite Klebesteglasche (38) angeformt ist,
  • - wobei die erste Klebesteglasche (36) eine Breite (BS) aufweist, die auf die Abmessungen der aufzunehmenden Waren abgestimmt ist,
  • - wobei die erste Klebesteglasche (36) mit der Klebelasche (20) verbunden ist und die zweite Klebesteglasche (38) mit einer Seitenwand (18) verbunden ist, derart, dass im aufgefalteten Zustand eine quaderförmige Innenkammer entsteht,
  • - wobei das erste und/oder zweite Wandelement (30, 32) eine Ausstanzung (60) aufweist, die so angeordnet ist, dass ihr unterer Stirnrand (58) bei eingeführter Ware diese an einer entsprechend vorhandenen Kante hintergreift und somit in ihrer Lage sichert.
