Claims (3)

1. Vakuumgerät für Druckgießanlagen bestehend aus einem Ventilkörper mit Entlüftungskanal, Metallkontaktsensor und darüber gesteuertem Ventilstößel, der eine zeitgerecht kurzfristige Schließung der Entlüftung beim Druckgießvorgang gewährleistet.
2. Vakuumsystem gemäß Anspruch 1, ergänzt um einen rampenförmigen Entlüftungskanal versehen mit Sensoren, die nach Einfüllhöhe des flüssigen Metalls den Ventilstößel steuern und rechtzeitig schließen.
3. Vakuumsystem gemäß Anspruch 1 und 2, wobei das System unmittelbar mit der Druckgießanlage fest verbunden ist, so daß die Sensoren bereits in der Druckgießanlage angebracht werden, um eine größere Meßgenauigkeit zu gewährleisten.
