Zusatz zum Patente 175850 vom 8. Februar 1906.Addendum to patent 175850 of February 8, 1906.
Patentiert im Deutschen Reiche vom 16. August 1907 ab. Längste Dauer: 7. Februar 1921.Patented in the German Empire on August 16, 1907. Longest duration: February 7, 1921.
The invention relates to a further embodiment of that protected by the main patent Method and consists in that instead of compressed air, suction air is applied to the cleaning compound is brought to action, in addition to promoting and simultaneous regeneration the cleaning compound also removes the malodorous gases that develop from the cleaner and regeneration room will; this treatment is expediently carried out in such a way that the cleaning compound passes through the suction air is extracted directly from the boxes containing the cleaning compound will. A device is used to carry out the method, in which in the suction line a collecting box is switched on, the one containing the cleaning compound Boxes is advantageously connected by suction probes. The vacuum is z. B. by made an air pump of some construction.
Die zur Ausführung des Verfahrens dienendeThe one used to carry out the procedure
Vorrichtung ist in der Zeichnung schematischThe device is shown schematically in the drawing
Die zum Zwecke der Förderung und Regenerierung mitgerissene Luft wird durch das Rohr i nach außen oder zum nächsten Schornstein geleitet., shown, α is a cleaner in which the cleaning compound is contained and from which it is to be removed by suction air. The cleaner is traversed in the vertical direction by a tube b, under the lower mouth of which there is a feed funnel c for the mass to be dispensed through the tube b. The funnel c is followed by a pipeline d which is led into a storage room and opens into a collecting tank f above the storage floor e for the mass; at the same time the line g is connected to the collecting tank f and leads to the air pump h . The air entrained for the purpose of conveyance and regeneration is passed through pipe i to the outside or to the next chimney.
Die Vorteile und der Zweck des Verfahrens bestehen darin, daß neben der Förderung und Wiederbelebung gleichzeitig die dabei sichThe process is such that the air pump h in the collecting tank f produces an air dilution which causes the cleaning compound and air discharged in the funnel c to flow through the line d to the collecting tank /. The air drawn in with it causes complete or partial regeneration over the longer or shorter path, which can be completed or accelerated by adding pure oxygen, water vapor or the like. The conveyed material is withdrawn from the collecting box ^ / "and distributed on the storage floor e . The advantages and the purpose of the method are that in addition to the promotion and resuscitation at the same time
entwickelnden schlechten Gase abgeführt werden. evolving bad gases are discharged.
