Claims (9)

1. Flanschverbindung zwischen einer Funktionseinheit (1), insbesondere Kraftstoff- oder Ölfilter oder Öl- Wasser-Wärmetauscher, einer Brennkraftmaschine und ei­ nem zugehörigen Montagesockel (2), der Teil des Motor­ blocks oder einer an diesen angebauten Untereinheit der Brennkraftmaschine ist, wobei die Flanschverbin­ dung mittels einer Flanschfläche (13) der Funktions­ einheit (1) und einer Gegenflanschfläche (23) des Mon­ tagesockels (2) eine dichtende Verbindung zwischen zwei Kanalabschnitten (15, 25) mindestens eines vom Montagesockel (2) in die Funktionseinheit (1) oder umgekehrt verlaufenden, eine Flüssigkeit führenden Kanals bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flanschverbindung mindestens eine an der Funk­ tionseinheit (1) angeordnete Flanschplatte (12) mit der Flanschfläche (13) sowie je Flanschplatte (12) mindestens einen keilförmigen Spannkörper (3) mit ei­ ner Spannschraube (4) umfaßt, wobei die Flanschplatte (12) mit ihrer Flanschfläche (13) durch Einschrauben der Spannschraube (4) in den Montagesockel (2) mit­ tels des von der Spannschraube (4) beaufschlagten Spannkörpers (3), dessen Längsrichtung parallel oder unter einem spitzen Winkel zur Flanschplattenebene verläuft, in einer im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Flanschfläche (13) weisenden Richtung gegen die Gegen­ flanschfläche (23) anpreßbar ist. 1.
