Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Laufband und im besonderen auf ein Laufband vom Horizontaltyp.The present invention relates to a treadmill and, more particularly, to a horizontal type treadmill.
Ein herkömmliches Laufband 13 ist in den Fig. 1 und 2 wiedergegeben und umfaßt allgemein zwei Armrahmen 10, zwischen denen eine Querstange angeschlossen ist, wobei sich eine Anzeigeeinrichtung 11 an der Querstange befindet. Jeder Armrahmen 10 trägt ein Stützrohr 12, welches an dessen unterem Ende befestigt ist. Ein Rahmen 130 ist zwischen den beiden Armrahmen 10 angeschlossen und (nicht dargestellte) Rollen bzw. Walzen sind an dem Rahmen 130 installiert, wobei ein Laufband 131 die Rollen bzw. Walzen umläuft. Ein Motor befindet sich unterhalb des Rahmens 130 in der Nähe der beiden Armrahmen 10 und wird durch einen Deckel 132 abgedeckt. Zwei Füße 133 sind jeweils an die Unterseite des Rahmens 130 angeschlossen. Dementsprechend ist das Laufband 130 geneigt angeordnet mit einem höheren Vorderende und einem niedrigeren rückwärtigen Ende. Es besteht eine minimale Höhe „A" von etwa 250 mm zwischen dem Laufband 131 und dem Boden. Diese Höhe ist so groß, daß dann, wenn der Benutzer zunächst auf das Laufband 131 auftritt, er bzw. sie zu Fall kommen kann.A conventional treadmill 13 is shown in Figs. 1 and 2 and generally comprises two arm frames 10 between which a crossbar is connected, with a display device 11 on the crossbar. Das Laufband gemäß der Erfindung umfaßt zwei Armrahmen, zwischen welchen ein Rahmen angeschlossen ist. Mindestens zwei Rollen oder Walzen sind jeweils zwischen den beiden Seiten des Rahmens installiert, wobei ein Laufband die beiden Rollen oder Walzen umläuft. Ein Motor ist an mindestens eine der Rollen oder Walzen angeschlossen und befindet sich in der gleichen Ebene, in welcher die Rollen angeordnet sind. Unter Bezugnahme auf die Fig. 3 bis 5 umfaßt das Laufband gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung zwei Armrahmen 2, zwischen welchen ein Rahmen 30 angeschlossen ist. Ein Querstab ist zwischen den beiden Armrahmen 2 angeschlossen, wobei eine Anzeigeeinrichtung 20 mit dem Querstab verbunden ist. Jeder der Armrahmen 2 besitzt einen Stützfuß 21 an seinem unteren Ende. Eine Stützplatte 31 ist an dem Rahmen 30 angeschlossen und eine Mehrzahl von Trägern 37 ist mit den beiden Seiten des Rahmens 30 verbunden. Zwei Rollen oder Walzen 33 sind jeweils zwischen den beiden Seiten des Rahmens 30 angeschlossen, und ein Laufband 32 umläuft die beiden Rollen bzw. Walzen 33. Ein Motor 34 ist an eine der beiden Rollen/Walzen 33 mittels eines Treibriemens 35 angeschlossen, um die Rolle/Walze 33 zu drehen. Ein Deckel 36 ist zwischen den beiden Armrahmen 2 gehalten, und der Motor 34 befindet sich unterhalb des Deckels 36. Der Motor 34 befindet sich in der gleichen Ebene, in welcher die beiden Rollen/Walzen 33 angeordnet sind, und zwei Stützdämpfer 38 sind auf der Unterseite des Rahmens 2 befestigt. Dementsprechend ist die Höhe „B" zwischen dem Laufband 32 und dem Boden geringer als 131 mm, während die Breite des Rahmens 30 geringer als 80 mm ausmacht.
