Claims (8)

1. Membranpumpstand zur Bereitstellung und Regelung eines Vakuums, umfassend:
  • - mindestens zwei Membranpumpen (1), die saugseitig und druckseitig parallel geschaltet sind;
  • - Anschlußmittel (5) zur Verbindung eines oder mehrerer Vakuumverbraucher (4) mit der Saugseite (3) des Membran­ pumpstandes;
  • - eine Steuereinheit (6) mit
  • - Schaltmitteln zur separaten Ansteuerung der einzelnen Membranpumpen,
  • - Meßmitteln zur Erfassung von saugseitig an den Membranpumpen anliegenden Druckwerten,
  • - Speichermitteln zur Speicherung von Vorgabewerten, der aktuellen und der vergangenen Druckwerte und von Betriebszeiten der einzelnen Membranpumpen,
  • - Eingabe- und Ausgabemitteln zur Eingabe bzw. Ausgabe von Daten, und
  • - Logikmitteln zur Ansteuerung der Schaltmittel, basie­ rend auf der logischen Verknüpfung der Druckwerte und der in den Speichermitteln gespeicherten Daten; und
  • - Gehäusemitteln zur Aufnahme der Bestandteile des Membranpumpstandes.
1. Membrane pumping station for providing and regulating a vacuum, comprising:
  • - At least two diaphragm pumps ( 1 ) which are connected in parallel on the suction side and pressure side;
  • - Connection means ( 5 ) for connecting one or more vacuum consumers ( 4 ) to the suction side ( 3 ) of the membrane pumping station;
  • - A control unit ( 6 ) with
  • Switching means for the separate control of the individual diaphragm pumps,
  • Measuring means for recording pressure values applied to the diaphragm pumps on the suction side,
  • Storage means for storing default values, the current and past pressure values and operating times of the individual diaphragm pumps,
  • - Input and output means for input or output of data, and
  • - Logic means for controlling the switching means, based on the logical combination of the pressure values and the data stored in the storage means; and
  • - Housing means for holding the components of the diaphragm pumping station.
2. Membranpumpstand nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er vier Membranpumpen (1) umfaßt, die saug- und druck­ seitig parallel geschaltet sind.2.
