Claims (5)

1. Mehrstufige Vorrichtung (1) zum Fördern feuchter Gase, mit mehreren Förderpumpen (2, 3), die jeweils einen, in einem Förderraum oszillierenden Verdränger aufweisen und über je­ weils einen Verbindungskanal (6) einander nachgeschaltet sind sowie mit einer Belüftungseinrichtung (7), die wenigstens einen Belüftungskanal (8) hat, in den ein Belüftungsventil (9) zwischengeschaltet ist, welches Belüftungsventil (9) bedarfs­ weise und unabhängig von der Hubstellung der Verdränger betätigbar ist, wobei der Belüftungskanal (8) in einem einander nachgeschaltete Förderpumpen (2, 3) miteinander verbindenden Verbindungskanal (6) mündet.1.
