Claims (18)

1. Vorrichtung zur zumindest teilweisen Erfassung der Umrißkontur eines Ge­ genstands, die eine Sendereinheit (10), durch die den Gegenstand (G) beauf­ schlagende Lichtstrahlen emittierbar sind, sowie eine Empfängereinheit (20), deren Ausgangssignal (A) zu einer Steuer-/Auswerteeinheit (30) leitbar sind, aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sendereinheit (10) der Vorrich­ tung (1) feststehend angeordnet ist und eine Anzahl I von Senderelementen (11aa-11mn) besitzt, und die mit der Sendereinheit (10) zusammenwirkende, feststehende Empfängereinheit (20) eine Anzahl von Empfängerelementen (21aa-21mn) aufweist, daß die Sendereinheit (10) und die Empfängereinheit (20) derart voneinander beabstandet angeordnet sind, daß in eine durch die feststehende Sendereinheit (10) und die feststehende Empfängereinheit (20) definierte Meßkammer (10) der zu erfassende Gegenstand (G) einbringbar ist, und daß durch die Steuer-/Auswerteeinrichtung (30) der Vorrichtung (1) die Senderelemente (11aa-11mn) der Sendereinheit (10) ansteuerbar und die zu den Senderelementen (11aa-11mn) korrelierten Empfängerelemente (21aa-21mn) auswählbar sind, wobei das oder die Ausgangssignale (A) der ausgewählten Empfängerelemente (21aa-21mn) der Steuer-/Auswerteeinrich­ tung (30) zuführbar sind, durch die aus der Intensität und/oder der Verteilung der durch die Ausgangssignale (A) der ausgewählten Empfängerelemente (21aa-21mn) der Empfängereinheit (20) charakterisierte Lichtintensität und/o­ der -verteilung zumindest ein Teil der Umrißkontur des in der Meßkammer (M) befindlichen Gegenstands (G) ermittelbar ist.1.
