Seit langen besteht das Bedürfnis nach energiesparenden Leuchtkörpern für den Einsatz in Lampenfassungen im privaten aber auch öffentlichen Bereich. In den letzten Jahren wurden zahlreiche Formen von Energiesparlampen entwickelt, die sich durch geringen Energieverbrauch ausweisen, die jedoch relativ klobig sind und sehr empfindlich. Aus der DE-U-93 07 862 sind Leuchtkörper für Leuchtreklamen, bestehend aus einem Gehäuse mit einer lichtdurchlässigen Abdeckung und einem Zwischenboden mit auf diesem angeordneten Leuchtdioden (LED), sowie einer Steuerschaltung und einer Stromquelle für die LED bekannt. Solche Leuchtkörper sind jedoch alternativ zu Anordnungen mit Fassungen zu verwenden, da sie in der Regel direkt an die Stromversorgung angeschlossen werden.There has long been a need for energy-saving lamps for use in lamp sockets in both private and public areas. Erfmdungsgemäß ist ein Leuchtkörper mit einem abgerundeten, kugeligen oder länglichen Leuchtteil, sowie einem mit diesem verbundenen Anschlußteil für das Einsetzen in Fassungen von Lampen oder anderen Leuchtgeräten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Leuchtteil aus einer Leiterplatine mit mit dieser verbundenen, in Reihe geschalteten Leuchtdioden (LED) besteht, daß die Leiterplatine von einer äußeren Abdeckung überspannt ist, daß die Abdeckung Öffnungen aufweist, und daß die LED mit ihrer Licht abgebenden Seite in oder durch diese Öffnungen gesteckt sind, und daß in dem Leuchtkörper eine Steuereinheit für den eingehenden Strom vorhanden ist, die einen hochvoltigen Wechselstrom in einen niedrigvoltigen Gleichstrom zur Versorgung der LED wandelt. Vorzugsweise weist der Leuchtkörper die Kontur (Hüllkurve) handelsüblicher Glühbirnen auf. Fig. 1 zeigt einen Schnitt durch das Gehäuse 2, 3 eines Leuchtkörpers 1, ohne Steuereinheit und Leiterplatine. Das Gehäuse besteht aus einem Anschlußteil 2 mit einem Anschlußgewinde 5 und aus einem Leuchtteil 3. Das Anschlußgewinde 5 am unteren Ende ist mit dem einer handelsüblichen Glühbirne identisch und wird in eine handelsübliche Lampenfassung geschraubt. Das Anschlußgewinde 5 ist in einen trichterartigen oberen Teil des Anschlußteils eingeklebt oder eingesteckt. Die beiden Gehäuseteile, Anschlußteil 2 und Leuchtteil 3 weisen eine fest sitzende Steckverbindung 4 zueinander auf. Das Leuchtteil 3 wölbt sich kuppeiförmig über das Anschlußteil und weist an seinem Umfang zahlreiche kreisförmige Öffnungen auf, in die die LED 8 mit ihrer leuchtenden Seite zu dem Äußeren des Leuchtkörpers hin eingesteckt sind. Die Steuereinheit befindet sich im fertig montierten Zustand im Bereich des Hohlraums 6 des Anschlußteils 2. Die Leiterplatine, die praktischerweise scheibenförmig rund ausgelegt ist, ist quer in dem Verbindungsbereich 4 oder nahe darüber oder darunter angeordnet, wobei die LED 8 entsprechend lange Füßchen aufweisen müssen.Fig. 1 shows a section through the housing 2, 3 of a light element 1, without control unit and circuit board. Zu den LED sind jeweils Zehnerdioden parallel geschaltet, um die Stromspitzen abzuschneiden und ein gleichmäßigeres Leuchten zu erzeugen. Die Steuereinheit bestehend aus Anschlüssen, Widerständen Rl, R2, Kondensator C und dem Gleichrichter GR ist in dem Anschlußteil 2 von Fig. 1 angeordnet. Die Leuchtdioden LD und die ihnen zugeordneten Zehnerdioden (DZ) sind auf der Leiterplatine angeordnet, bzw. mit Anschlußfüßchen mit dieser verbunden.As shown in Fig. 2, the control unit has a connection for an alternating current voltage of 230 V, which is regulated down via series resistors Rl and R2.
