Description
Lösbare Flanschverbindung mit druckabhängigem Dichtelement und elastischem Klemmverschluß auf Endlosband Detachable flange connection with pressure-dependent sealing element and elastic clamp closure on endless band
Herkömmliche Flanschverbindungen verwenden als Dichtelemente Flach- oder Ringdichtungen (z.B. O - Ringe), bei denen der notwendige Anpreßdruck meistens mittels Verschraubungen realisiert wird. Durch vorgegebene Anziehmomente (nur mit Hilfsmittel, wie z.B. Drehmomentschlüssel zu bewerkstelligen) und Anzahl der Schrauben wird unabhängig vom Systemdruck eine maximale Verformung der Dichtung erreicht. Je nach Beschaffenheit des Dichtungsmaterials wird eine dauerhafte Verformung hervorgerufen. Deshalb muß in manchen Fällen nach Lösen der Flanschverbindung auch die Dichtung erneuert werden. Darüber hinaus hat diese Lösung den Nachteil, daß die Kraft oft ungleichmäßig auf der auf Dichtung und somit auf den Dichtflächen verteilt wird. Außerdem ist bei manchen Dichtungen notwendig, nach einer gewissen Zeit, die Schrauben nachzuziehen, um die Dichtigkeit zu gewährleisten.Conventional flange connections use flat or ring seals (e.g. O-rings) as sealing elements, where the necessary contact pressure is usually achieved by means of screw connections. Der im Schutzanspruch 1 angegebenen Erfindung liegt das Problem zugrunde, eine einfach zu montierende lösbare Flanschverbindung zu schaffen, bei der der äußere Anpreßdruck auf das Dichtelement einen Minimalwert aufweist, der nur notwendig ist, um es der Dichtung zu ermöglichen sich druckabhängig zu verformen und dann zusätzlich abzudichten. Praktisch wird die Energie im System für die Verformung der Dichtung genutzt. Dadurch paßt sich das Dichtelement an die systembedingten Voraussetzungen an und wird nur druckbedingt, also nicht maximal beansprucht.

Die Flanschverbindung soll ohne besonderen Hilfsmittel und Fachkenntnisse die Montage/Demontage und eine sichere Funktion ermöglichen. Diese Voraussetzung wird durch die im Schutzanspruch 2 aufgeführten Merkmale des elastischen Klemmverschlusses wie folgt erfüllt:The flange connection should enable assembly/disassembly and safe operation without special tools or specialist knowledge.
