Vorrichtung (1) zur Bestellung von Waren bei einem entfernt gelege­ nen Unternehmen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Waren in einem gedruckten Katalog (2) aufgeführt sind und dort mindestens deren Be­ zeichnung und Preis maschinenlesbar codiert und der einer Ware je­ weils zugeordnete Code (4) von einer von einem Kunden bedienbaren Leseeinrichtung (6) erfaßbar und an ein Terminal (10) mit einem Bild­ schirm (12) weiterleitbar ist, auf welchem zumindest die Bezeichnun­ gen und ein Gesamtpreis der mittels der Leseeinrichtung (6) selektier­ ten Waren darstellbar sind, wobei mittels einer Eingabeeinheit (14) durch den Kunden ein Bestellsignal für die selektierten Waren auslös­ bar ist, welches durch Datenfernübertragung (16) zu einer zentralen Bestelleinheit (18) des Unternehmens weiterleitbar ist.1.
