Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schiffsantrieb entsprechend dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1. Ein solcher Antrieb ist beschrieben in VOITH - "Forschung und Konstruktion", Heft 18, Aufsatz 3, Mai 1967. Bei dem dort dargestellten Zykloidalpropeller findet man auch die Darstellung einer Lagerung des Antriebsritzels des Kegelradgetriebes am Propellergehäuse dargestellt.The invention relates to a ship drive according to the preamble of claim 1. Der Hauptmotor wird dann über eine Schaltkupplung von dem Antrieb abgeschaltet. Das zweite Ritzel 5 des Hilfsantriebsstranges wird von den Lagern 10 getragen. Lager 9 und 10 werden ihrerseits gehalten von dem hier mit 36 angedeuteten Gehäuse des Propellers. Im Hilfsantriebsstrang befinden sich der Hilfsmotor 3 und ein Getriebe 14, die beide mittels Federn 12 auf dem Fundament 13 des Schiffes gelagert sind. Ferner ist eine hochelastische Kupplung 4 zwischen dem zweiten Ritzel 5 und dem Getriebe 14 eingeschaltet. Diese Kupplung ist hochelastisch ausgebildet, insbesondere durch Gummielemente, wie später noch erläutert wird. Wie schon ausgeführt, muß das zweite Ritzel 5 nur eine verhältnismäßig geringe Belastung aushalten, weshalb es ohne weiteres aus einem stark geräuschdämmenden Werkstoff, wie z. B. Kunststoff, hergestellt werden kann. Solche Grundstoffe sind z. B. Polyamid oder Polyimidamin. Eine Verbundbauweise mit Fäden aus Stahl oder Titan ist möglich. Vorzugsweise wird der E-Modul des geräuschdämmenden Werkstoff des Ritzels 5 höchstens das 0,2-fache von dem des Stahls betragen.The second pinion 5 of the auxiliary drive train is carried by the bearings 10 .
