Claims (2)

1. Beschickungsvorrichtung zur taktweisen Dosierung von Blech- und/oder Schrottabfällen für eine Paketierpresse zur Herstellung von Preßlingen, die Mittel zur Anpassung an den Takt der zu formenden Preßlinge und einen Bandförderer mit endlos umlaufenden, angetriebenen Förderband aufweist, welcher Bandförderer auf einem Waagerahmen mit Wägezellen angeordnet und über einen Dämpfungsrahmen abgestützt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
  • a) nach Ende der Aufgabe von Schrott- und/oder Blechabfällen auf den noch stehenden Bandförderer (1.1) zunächst das Gesamtgewicht festgestellt und gewogen wird und danach erste Mittel (1.3) den Antrieb des Bandförderers (1.1) einschalten,
  • b) die auf dem laufenden Bandförderer (1.1) befindlichen Schrott- und/oder Blechab­ fälle durch zweite Mittel (1.2) kontinuierlich als Differenzmasse bis zur Errei­ chung einer dem zu formenden Preßling entsprechenden Sollmasse verglichen und in einen Preßkasten (2.2) der Paketierpresse (2) gefördert werden und
  • c) nach Erreichen der Sollmasse der Antrieb des Bandförderers (1.1) ausgeschaltet und die im Preßkasten (2.2) befindliche Sollmasse zum Preßling geformt wird, wobei die Beschickungsvorrichtung (1) für den folgenden Takt einschaltbar ist.
