Stand der TechnikState of the art
zentral angeordneten Injektoren bzw. Mischrohre weniger

Two embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawing and explained in more detail in the following description. In the drawings Fig. 1 is a schematic representation of an atmospheric gas burner, Fig. 2 shows a section along the line II in the mixing tube portion of the atmospheric gas burner, and Fig. 3 shows a second embodiment of the mixing pipe system.
Beschreibung der AusführungsbeispieleDescription of the embodiments
Verbrennung gebracht. As shown in FIG. 1, the atmospheric gas burner 10 has a gas distributor device 12 with gas nozzles 14 . The gas distributor device 12 is arranged opposite a mixing tube system 16 with individual mixing tubes 18 a-e, the gas nozzles 14 being provided with a spacing, centrally opposite the openings of the individual mixing tubes 18 a to 18 e. The mixing pipe system 16 is followed by a mixing distributor space 20 for the fuel gas / air mixture, which is closed at the top by a burner deck 24 made up of ribs 22 . On the stepped side of the burner deck 24 , the fuel gas / air mixture flowing between the ribs 22 is ignited via an ignition device (not shown) and brought to combustion.
Querschnitt ovalförmig ausgebildeten Mischrohre 18a, b, d, e
Mischrohre 18a, b, d, e weniger Verbrennungsluft angesaugt.
As can be seen from FIG. 2, the cross sections of the individual openings of the mixing tubes 18 a-e have different cross sections. While the mixing tube 18 c arranged centrally in the middle of the mixing tube system 16 has a circular cross section, both the two mixing tubes 18 a and 18 b arranged to the left of the mixing tube 18 c and the two mixing tubes 18 d and 18 e arranged to the right of the mixing tube 18 c are im Cross-section oval. Due to the different cross sections of the mixing tubes 18 , a targeted control of the primary air intake is possible. If, as in the present case, it is assumed that the larger diameter of the mixing tubes 18 a, b, d, e which are oval in cross section has essentially the same diameter as the circular mixing tube 18 c, then, in contrast to a mixing tube system, that e.g. B. consists only of circular mixing tubes 18 c, sucked through the oval-shaped mixing tubes 18 a, b, d, e less combustion air.
Randbereichen. Damit wird ebenfalls auf einfache Art und
Weise eine Luftzahlbeeinflussung entlang der
Brenneroberfläche möglich. In relation to the circular cross section of the mixing tube 18 c, a larger part of the combustion air entrained by the gas jet bounces off the edge of the mixing tube openings 18 a, b, d, e. Such an influence on the air ratio can be used in particular in gas-powered heating devices which have a closed combustion chamber and where all the combustion air required for superstoichiometric combustion is already provided with the primary air intake. Devices of this type show the tendency that, in the case of mixing tubes of the same design, more combustion air is supplied in the edge regions of the mixing tube system. A second possible embodiment of the cross-sectional configuration of the mixing tubes 18 is shown in FIG. 3. The mixing tube 18 'b arranged centrally in the middle of the mixing tube system 16 again has a circular cross section, while the two mixing tubes 18 ' a and 18'c arranged to the left and right of it have a slot-shaped or elongated cross-sectional shape. In this case too, the cross-sectional sizes can be dimensioned such that more combustion air is advantageously sucked in in the central region of the mixing tube system 16 than in the edge regions thereof. This also makes it possible to influence the air ratio along the burner surface in a simple manner.
Eine weitere mögliche Variante der Luftzahlbeeinflussung bei
atmosphärischen Gasbrennern ist denkbar, wenn die einzelnen
Mischrohre zwar die gleiche Querschnittsform, jedoch
unterschiedliche Querschnittsgrößen aufweisen.Another possible variant of influencing the air ratio at
atmospheric gas burners is conceivable if the individual
Mixing tubes have the same cross-sectional shape, however
have different cross-sectional sizes.
