Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a building material made of light fiber raw materials with increased thermal conductivity heat storage through an inserted solid-liquid latent heat storage material (LWSM). According to the high heat required for effective heat storage Conductivity due to a variable proportion of metal fibers depending on the application, which is homogeneous in the Fiber material is distributed and its essential portion is transverse to the wall direction of the component, reached.
In the passive use of solar energy for building heating, there are heat-storing components an important system component. The solar radiation incident through transparent components becomes converted into heat and stored in the interior with a time delay give. An example is the "Energieau" realized by the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft in Freiburg strong solar house ". Here the heating energy requirement is made by a system of transparent Thermal insulation (TWD) and a 30 cm thick sand-lime brick wall as heat storage almost full constantly covered.
It is known that by embedding a latent heat storage material (LWSM) in a building part of the heat storage capacity can be significantly improved. With conventional Bauma LWSM stores heat sensibly through an increase in temperature additionally through the heat energy required for the solid-liquid phase transition. This increases the volume-related storage density in a defined temperature range.

During this research, common building materials such as plaster or concrete were ver with LWSM mixes or soaked in immersion. The proportion of LWSM is partly due to the pores limited amount of the material and is at most about 25 vol .-%.
It is also known that an LWSM consists of a matrix of different materials game soft wood fiber boards, plastic or mineral wool can be taken up homogeneously distributed can and does not leak even in the molten state. In these matrix structures, approximately 60 Vol .-% LWSM are bound.

These developments would theoretically make it possible to use conventional heavy storage walls of 25-30 cm thickness due to much lighter, only about 8-10 cm thick wall components put. These LWSM matrix composite components would have approximately the same heat storage capacity like a 10 × heavier concrete wall.
From a manufacturing point of view it is important that the structure and geometry of the heat conductor change allows the respective matrix material to be adjusted in order to ensure even distribution and easy processing guarantee in the matrix material. As mentioned above, this is a wide range reachable.
The advantages of the building material according to the invention are as follows:
The melting / solidification of the LWSM takes place more evenly.
The heat discharge and entry is improved.
In addition to the thermal conductivity, the heat penetration coefficient is also improved. This reduces the temperature peaks on the outside of the storage tank and reduces the resulting losses. The system efficiency is increased.
With the same storage capacity, thinner and lighter wall structures can be used.
In addition to the area and weight advantages, this also results in advantageous construction Possibilities in the form of prefabricated series elements and time-saving installation methods. Due to the adjustable thermal conductivity according to the invention depending on the application significantly larger capacities are also possible thanks to thicker components. So low-sun Perio that are better bridged.
The greater thermal inertia of the building is positive for the indoor climate.
Particularly suitable metals for use as heat conductors are aluminum and copper, because they have a very high thermal conductivity. Another suitable material is steel despite the not quite as high thermal conductivity as it is compared to the metals mentioned above is significantly cheaper. The use of these metals as described in claims 2-4 is an advantageous embodiment of the invention.
(Siehe Anlage 1, Prinzipskizze). The metal parts lying across the component must connect to the surface of the Bauma have terials to ensure direct heat input or radiation. Egg ne additional metal layer on the surface ensures even heat distribution and forwards them to the adjacent metal parts. This described in claim 5 bene subclaim represents a meaningful further development of the material according to claims 1-4 (See Appendix 1, schematic diagram).
Since the LWSM in question are combustible materials, one is Use in construction to classify the flammability and fire resistance of the entire wall component of importance. An improvement of these properties can be achieved through a Coating with plaster or cement mortar can be achieved. It also gives you one Surface that is suitable for conventional finishing treatments such as painting. This sub-claim described in claim 6 represents a further useful extension of the Ma terials according to claims 1-4.
A problem with the above-mentioned composite materials made of LWSM and another building material is the consistently low thermal conductivity of the LWSM in question and the known one Matrix materials. This leads to the fact that the heat input and the heat dissipation are hindered, since the material acts as thermal insulation.
The efficiency of a passive solar system made up of TWD and a storage wall depends heavily on Thermal transmittance (k value) of the storage wall. The larger this is, the higher it is the efficiency. The k value of a structure depends on the thermal conductivity of the Ma terials and the layer thickness of the construction. An increase in thermal conductivity also leads like reducing the layer thickness to a higher k value. Calculations show that from egg a k-value of about 3 W / qm.K a favorable efficiency is achieved. This limit will of the known LWSM matrix composite materials already achieved with a thickness of approx. 3 cm. With larger component thicknesses, the k value drops significantly and the efficiency of the overall system cannot compete with traditional storage walls. An application as a storage wall for passive solar systems of the type described is therefore currently out of the question.
Based on the problems described in the prior art, the invention is now the Based on the task to develop the known matrix structures so that by a verbes heat conductivity of the material thicker layers with a suitable k-value application in passive solar systems.
The lightweight construction material according to claim 1 of fibrous raw materials that too in addition to the usual fibers such as wood, plastic or mineral wool or other organic and inorganic fibers a proportion of metal fibers or strips in an even distribution contains and the essential portion of which is transverse to the wall direction of the component, fulfills all requirements changes to the above task and offers a number of advantages. The sub-claims contain advantageous refinements and developments of the Erfin dung.
Anforderungen:
Conditions:
The known matrix materials have a favorable absorption capacity and a corresponding capillarity with a low bulk density. This is of great importance for the retention of the LWSM in the melted state. A heat conductor must not significantly change these properties.
Metals have a thermal conductivity that is 400-2500 × that of known ones LWSM and the well-known matrix structures. Now metal fibers or strips become the bottom added material, the total thermal conductivity is increased in proportion to the metal content, since the transverse fibers ensure rapid heat transfer through the component cross-section most. With the above-mentioned potential of these metals, small fractions from 1-2 volu are sufficient percent in order to achieve comparable values to conventional memories. These minor Amounts do not affect the absorbency of the matrix structure.
Furthermore, the structure of the heat conductor must be in small parts, since an even distribution for homogeneous heating of the LWSM is desirable. This is easily done with metals possible. As is well known, metals can range from fine fibers to wool-like structures to process.
