Abstract

Gas is stored in cylindrical bottle (10) fastened by straps (9) to the vessel (8) containing water. Gas flows through pipe (11), clamped (13) to the vessel, to a catalytic burner (4) with a horizontal water heating plate (2) above an open space to carry off the combustion gases. Piezoelectric igniter (5) is integral with the burner assembly, and a gas flow control valve (12) on the top of bottle.

Der Heizraum (Wasserrohr) wird von einem anliegenden Heizrohr mittels elektrischer Heizspirale erhitzt.
Heizraum (Wasserrohr) und Heizrohr bilden zur optimalen Wärmeübertragung eine feste Verbindung.
Die Benutzung dieser Geräte ist überall dort möglich wo elektrische Energie verfügbar ist.

Das Heizsystem eines Katalyt-Kaffee und Teeautomaten besteht aus einem Katalyt Heizelement und einer waagerecht darüber angeordneten Heizplatte 2.
Beide Elemente sind lösbar miteinander verbunden. Sie können bei Bedarf unabhängig voneinander ausgetauscht werden.
Das Heizelement ist so konstruiert, daß das vom Gasraum 3 einströmende Gas nach durchströmen der Katalysatorplatte 4 mittels integrierter Piezo-Zündung 5 gezündet werden kann.
Dies ermöglicht ein schnelles und bequemes zünden per Knopfdruck.
Die für die Verbrennung erforderliche Luftzirkulation erfolgt durch entsprechend angeordnete Öffnungen 6 im Heizraum 1.
Das in die Heizplatte 2 nachströmende Wasser, wird vom Katalyt Heizelement erhitzt und zum verdampfen gebracht.
Das Heizsystem des Katalyt-Kaffee und Teeautomaten ist in einem isolierten, ebenfalls mit Öffnungen 14 zur Luftzirkulation versehenen Gehäuseteil 7 untergebracht. Die durch diese Luftzirkulation entweichende Warmluft, dient gleichzeitig zur Erwärmung der Warmhalteplatte 15. Am Gehäuse 8 befindet sich eine Haltevorrichtung 9 zur Aufnahme einer Druckgaskartusche 10. Die Gaszufuhr erfolgt über ein mit dem Gasraum 3 des Katalyt Heizelementes verschraubten Messingrohr 11 und einer stufenlos regelbaren Feineinstellung 12. Das Messingrohr 11 wird mittels Klemmen 13 am Gehäuse 8 befestigt.
