Eine solche gattungsgemäße Befestigungsvorrichtung für Riemenrollen ist aus der deutschen Gebrauchsmusteranmeldung DE 297 20 776 U1 vorbe kannt. Die in den Fig. 1 und 2 dargestellten Riemenrollen bestehen im wesentlichen aus einem abgedichteten Kugellager, einem aus Kunststoff angeformten Laufmantel und einer Befestigungseinrichtung. Diese setzt sich aus einer Schraube und einer Dichtscheibe zusammen, die das Kugel lager gegen Spritzwasser und harte Partikel schützt. Sie ist aus einer ebe nen Blechscheibe gefertigt, deren äußerer Umfang mit der Nabe des Lauf mantels eine Labyrinthdichtung bildet. Im Zentrum ist eine topfförmige Durchprägung vorgesehen, die mit ihrem Mantel in die Bohrung des Innen ringes eingepreßt ist. Eine zentrale Bohrung nimmt den Schaft der Befesti gungsschraube auf, deren Kopf im Bereich der Seitenfläche des Innenrin ges unter Zwischenlage der Dichtscheibe aufliegt. Rechtsseitig ist zwischen der Stirnfläche des inneren Lagerringes 3 und einem Kopf 4 einer Befesti gungsschraube 5 eine Dichtscheibe 6 eingespannt, die mit der nicht näher bezeichneten Lagerdichtung bzw. dem äußeren Lagerring 2 eine Spalt dichtung bildet. Die Befestigungsschraube 5 weist einen Schaftabschnitt 7 mit einem größeren Durchmesser auf, der die Schraube 5 gegenüber dem Innenring 3 zentriert. Zwischen dem Schaftabschnitt 7 und einem Gewinde abschnitt 8 weist die Befestigungsschraube 5 einen Freistich 9 auf, der einen kleineren Durchmesser als der Gewindeabschnitt 8 besitzt. Der Freistich 9 wird nun von einem Haltering 10 umfaßt, der mit seiner Außenmantelfläche unter Vorspannung in der Lagerbohrung anliegt.
