Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Betreiben eines Schleuderstreuers.The invention relates to a method for operating a centrifugal spreader.
Derartige Verfahren sind in vielfältiger Weise bekannt. So ist beispielsweise durch die DE-OS 43 02 801 ein Einstellverfahren für einen Schleuderstreuer bekannt, wobei auf einem PC zunächst die Düngerplanung erfolgt und dann über entsprechende Übertragungsmittel die auf dem PC erarbeitete Düngerplanung in den Bordrechnern übertragbar ist. Hierbei ist in dem Rechner weiterhin die Kontur und die Nährstoffversorgung der zu bestreuenden Fläche standortspezifisch eingespeichert und über das GPS-System wird die jeweils aktuelle Position des Schleuderdüngerstreuers auf der zu bestreuenden Fläche ermittelt.Such methods are known in many ways. Der Schleuderdüngerstreuer 1 weist den Rahmen 2 und den Vorratsbehälter 3 auf. Über den Rahmen 2 ist der Schleuderstreuer 1 an den Dreipunktkuppler eines Ackerschleppers ankuppelbar. Dem Vorratsbehälter 3 sind Dosierorgane 4 zugeordnet. Diese Dosierorgane 4 sind als über Schieber 5 einstellbare Auslauföffnungen 6 ausgebildet. Die Schieber 5 werden über elektrische Stellelemente 7 eingestellt, so daß die Auslauföffnungen 6 in der für die jeweils auszubringende Düngermenge erforderliche Stellung einzustellen ist. Über die Dosierorgane 4 wird das sich im Vorratsbehälter 3 befindliche Streugut, beispielsweise Dünger, den unterhalb der Auslauföffnungen 6 angeordneten Schleuderscheiben 8 zugeführt. Diese Schleuderscheiben 8 werden über hydraulische Antriebsmotore 9 rotierend angetrieben. Diesen hydraulischen Antriebsmotoren 9 sind Regelelemente 10 zur Einstellung der Drehzahl der hydraulischen Antriebsmotore 9 und somit der Schleuderscheiben 8 zugeordnet. Sowohl den elektrischen Stellelementen 7 zur Einstellung der Dosierorgane 4 wie den Regelelementen 10 der hydraulischen Antriebsmotoren 9 der Schleuderscheiben 8 sind Sensorelemente zugeordnet, über welche die Ausbringmenge (Größe der Auslauföffnungen 6 und Stellung der Schieber 5) und die Drehzahl der Hydraulikmotoren 9 bzw. die Drehzahl der Schleuderscheiben 8 ermittelbar ist.The centrifugal fertilizer spreader 1 has the frame 2 and the storage container 3 .
