Abstract

Bei dieser Stauchung wird die Kreisförmigkeit des Ringes nie unterbrochen. Ein geeigneter Montagedorn nimmt den gestauchten Ring von innen her auf und klemmt ihn axial ein. Durch diese Klemmung wird die verkleinerte Geometrie infolge Stauchung beibehalten. Der Montagedorn wird nun in bekannter Technik in den entsprechenden Hohlkörper eingeführt und positioniert. In der richtigen Position wird die Klemmung gelöst und der eingeführte Ring expandiert infolge seiner Werkstoffeigenschaften in die Ursprungsgröße. Er ist somit in der Innennut gratfrei und ohne Beschädigung eingeführt. Die Klemmechanismen werden nun soweit wegge­ schwenkt, daß der Montagedorn zurückgezogen werden kann.In the present invention, the circular shape of the seal is in the entire assembly process maintained.
