Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a self-supporting molded part for mechanically and corrosively high stressed, curved components of a rail vehicle, such as a wheel Protection and motor protection boxes, made of a resin-bonded glass fiber reinforced Fabric laminate with inhomogeneous surface structure, opposite in the seating area the side cheek area has a higher strength.
Self-supporting wheel protection boxes of rail vehicles, for example roads railways are out because of their high dynamic and corrosive stress 2 mm thick chrome-nickel steel and with an anti-noise layer against noise Mistake. After their completion, the wheel protection boxes are in the Wagenka most welded. Deformation occurs due to the heat input during welding on the connection areas that lead to very complex clamping and straightening processes lead within assembly. Permanent faults on the side wall of the car are often unavoidable and affect the quality of the coloring.
Glass fiber-reinforced mat laminates do reach for rail vehicles sufficient compressive, bending, tensile and impact strengths, however, are due to too thick and too heavy as a substitute for self-support Demetal wheel protection or engine protection boxes in rail vehicles are not ge is suitable.
A composite structure is known from EP 0 591 324, which has at least one three-dimensional structure mensionales tissue, which is composed of two layers of tissue par arranged allel and connected to each other by at least a plurality of threads are those that extend from the opposite surfaces of the layers. The three-dimensional fabric is saturated with a resin. Stiffen the threads, extend between the layers and establish a rigid connection between the Lies ago. A partially hollow structure is formed due to the existing one Space between the threads. The two layers are solidified by the Resin hardened and form a flat surface.
Andere Anwendungsfälle eines solchen bekannten Abstandsgewebes beschreiben die DE 196 09 492 A1 und DE 196 26 558 A1.Describe other applications of such a known spacer fabric DE 196 09 492 A1 and DE 196 26 558 A1.
These known composite structures are not all self-supporting and require a carrier that offers sufficient support for the spacer fabric. For dyna mixing stresses such as those caused by impact, impact and shock stopping in rail vehicles, these are Ge soaked in resin weave alone not suitable.
In this prior art, the invention is based on the object To create self-supporting molded part of the type mentioned, which for the Rail vehicle construction of sufficiently small thickness dimensions, a high pressure, Bending, tensile, impact and wear resistance as well as fire resistance has the advantages of multi-layer fabrics such as high drapability with low thickness with which glass fiber reinforced plastics connects and also simple, cost is cheaper and faster to assemble on the rail vehicle with high quality.
This task is carried out by a self-supporting molded part with the characteristic Features of claim 1 solved. Advantageous configurations are the Un removable claims.
The molded part designed according to the invention is flat, has a lower weight and can simply be glued into the body of the car on the floor and on the side walls ben without affecting the side walls. Through the in the ver C-rails, seats, and sand litter can be easily inserted into laminated inserts directions or the like. Befe inside the wagon depending on the load situation increase. The combination of spacer fabric and glass fiber reinforced plastic in A common molded part makes it possible by dimensioning the individual areas of different strengths in the molded part. So it is advantageously possible to have the area of the wheel protection box that is on the ground connection with internal components such as seats or the like. Higher loads must wear, reinforce purposefully, without the weight of the molded part significantly to reinforce in a targeted manner without significantly increasing the weight of the molded part increase. The advantages achieved by the invention are therefore that Alignment and assembly times can be shortened and the quality of the side walls of the car body is increased.
An embodiment of the invention is below with reference to the drawings illustrated.

The composite 1 of the invention for a wheel well of a tram is shown in FIG. 1 from a non-reinforced outer reaction resin layer 2, a non-reinforced outer reaction resin layer 2, a staple fiber mat 3, a minde least two-ply glass filament 4, a spacer fabric 5, a minde least two-ply Glasfaserfilamentgewebe 6 and an unreinforced inner reaction resin layer 7 . The spacer fabric 5 has an upper and lower woven cover layer 8 or 9 with an open surface structure made of E-glass filament yarns. The cover layers 8 and 9 are connected by web threads at a distance of 5 to 6 mm miteinan. The reinforcement ratio of warp threads to weft threads is approximately 1.5.
To produce the wheel arch, the unreinforced reactive resin layer 2 , preferably made of vinyl ester, is applied to a mold surface (not shown) and the staple fiber mat 3 is placed thereon. The staple fiber mat 3 has a fine, smooth surface structure with 15 to 18 tex, so that the reaction resin layer 2 remains undisturbed and superficially smooth in its structure when it is bonded to the staple fiber mat 3 . The staple fiber mat 3 is followed by the two-layer glass filament fabric 4 . An unsaturated, flame-retardant filler-containing polyester resin, for example Alpolit from Höchst, is used to bind the staple fiber mat 3 and the glass filament fabric 4 . Fine-grained aluminum trihydroxide and / or ammonium polyphosphate are used as fillers.
For example, 74.1% by weight are prepared to achieve fire class S3 ready-made alpolit with 22.2% by weight aluminum trihydroxide and 2.3% by weight Ammonium polyphosphate as fillers and 1.4% by weight of methyl ethyl ketone peroxide as Delivered harder. Of course, it is also part of the invention if the filler content in the Resin for a higher fire resistance, for example to 37% by weight for the Fire class S4 is raised.
The spacer fabric 5 is then placed with its top layer 8 and impregnated with a previously supplied polyester resin, in which the resin is applied to the spacer fabric 5 and rolled up.
The resin is preferably a liquid plastic without fillers made from 97% by weight unsaturated polyester resin, for example Alpolit, 1 wt .-% of a dispersion of Hydroxypolyesters and paraffin wax in aliphatic hydrocarbons as an additive for an additional reduction in styrene emissions and 2% by weight of methyl ethyl ketone peroxide used as a hardener.
The delivered resin penetrates into the spacer fabric 5 through the open surface structure. The web threads expand and straighten up to the previously specified spacing height of 5 to 6 mm.
On the top layer 9 of the spacer fabric 5 soaked in resin, two layers of the glass filament fabric 6 are swept, which is bonded to the top layer 9 by applying the filler-containing polyester resin of the same finish, provided for the binding of staple fiber mat 3 and glass filament fabric 4 .
Finally, the unreinforced, weather and chemical-resistant reaction resin layer 7 , preferably made of vinyl ester, is applied.
For the production of the matrix connecting the individual layers in the composite 1 according to the invention, a liquid plastic composed of 57% by weight of unsaturated polyester liquid resin and 43% by weight of styrene, self-polymerizing, pre-accelerated, environmentally friendly and thixotropic, is used.
For the load-bearing components staple fiber mat 3 , glass fiber filament fabric 4 and 6 of the composite 1 according to the invention, an infeed with filler and for the spacer fabric 5 an infeed without filler with additive for styrene-reducing emission are selected. The additive consists of a dispersion of hydroxypolyesters and paraffin wax in aliphatic hydrocarbons.
In FIG. 2, the spacer fabric 5 is replaced with a coupling layer 10. This consists of two layers of staple fiber mat 3 with a basis weight of 150 to 225 g / m 2 and 15 to 18 tex single thread unit.
Fig. 3 shows a product manufactured from the inventive composite molding 1 11 for a Radschutzkasten a tram. The molded part 11 is designed so that the area of the molded part which is subject to the highest stresses is reinforced by the spacer fabric 5 . The reinforcement of the composite by the spacer fabric 5 is horizontal in this example. In order to fasten C-rails or seats to the wheel arch in this horizontal region, inserts 12 for tensile and compressive loads are embedded in the assembly.
The inserts 12 (see FIGS. 3 to 7) consist of a perforated plate 13 which carries a cap nut 14 with a through hole and is provided with a nut 15 in the event that no through hole is provided. This ensures that a blind hole is created that reliably prevents screwing into the composite.
Bei Zugbeanspruchung (siehe Fig. 4) liegt das Lochblech zwischen den beiden Lagen des Glasfilamentgewebes 6, bei Druckbeanspruchung (siehe Fig. 5) zwischen den beiden Lagen des Glasfilamentgewebens 4.Depending on the type of load, the perforated plate 12 is positioned differently between the layers of the composite. In the event of tensile stress (see FIG. 4), the perforated plate lies between the two layers of the glass filament fabric 6 , and under compressive stress (see FIG. 5) between the two layers of the glass filament fabric 4 .
The area of the composite that is penetrated by the inserts 12 (see FIGS. 4 and 5) is additionally provided with a cover laminate 16 made of multi-layer fabric, so that, depending on the type of stress, the full composite is used to apply the force.
In fire class S3, the delivery of the resin for the load-bearing components staple fiber mat 3 and glass filament fabric 4 or 6 has a composition of 42.2% by weight resin component, 31.9% by weight styrene, 22.2% by weight aluminum trihydroxide, 2 , 3 wt .-% ammonium polyphosphate as a filler and 1.4 wt .-% methyl ethyl ketone peroxide as a hardener.
In der Brandklasse S4 enthält diese Zustellung für die tragenden Komponenten 35,3 Gew-% Harzkomponente, 27,5 Gew.-% Styrol, 36,0 Gew.-% Aluminiumtrihydroxid und 1,2 Gew.-% Methylethylketonperoxid als Härter. In fire class S4 this delivery for the bearing components 35, 3% by weight resin component, 27.5 wt .-% styrene, 36.0 wt .-% aluminum trihydrate and 1.2 wt .-% methyl ethyl ketone peroxide as a curing agent contains.
With the inner reaction resin layer 7 , the molded part 11 is reliably protected against corrosive loads from splash water, antifreeze salts, etc.
Es hat eine maximale Stärke von 8 mm.The molded part 11 of a self-supporting wheel protection box prepared in this way is then attached to the floor and the side walls of the car body (not shown) by gluing. It has a maximum thickness of 8 mm.
