Claims (1)

Dreidimensional geformte Werkstücke (z. B. dickbauchige Flaschen, gebogene Stuhllehnen, KFZ-Ersatzteile usw.) werden nach Laser- und/oder Walzenabtastung bedruckt.
Das Bedrucken erfolgt in folgenden Schritten:
  • 1. Mittels eines Scanners werden vorgegebene Grafiken und Schriftzüge über Computer gelesen und dem Tintenstrahldrucker zugeführt.
  • 2. Die in Punkt 1. gespeicherten Daten werden mittels eines Tintenstrahldruckers auf das zu bearbeitende, 3-Dimensional geformte, Werkstück aufgebracht,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß:
dreidimensional geformte Werkstücke nach unmittelbar vorheriger Abtastung durch Walzen und/oder Laser an den Tintenstrahl herangeführt werden.
Abweichend vom bisherigen Stand der Technik ist hierbei:
Bei den bisherigen Verfahren ist es nur möglich, mit einem Tintenstrahldrucker in Ein- oder Zweidimensionalen Ebenen zu bedrucken.
Bei unserem Verfahren ermöglichen ein Scanner, ein Abtastimpuls und ein hierfür entwickelter Tintenstrahldrucker, auch das Bedrucken von dreidimensional geformten Werkstücken.
