Claims (4)

1. Temperierzelle zum Heizen oder Kühlen einer mit einem Mikroskop zu untersuchenden Probe,
  • 1. mit einem ein Sichtfenster (i) aufweisenden Probenraum (e), der durch elektrische Heizelemente (a) und kühlmitteldurchflossene Kühlkanäle (b) auf eine gewünschte Temperatur einstellbar ist,
  • 2. und mit einem Temperatursensor (d) zur Regelung der Temperatur des Probenraums (e) sowie einem Temperatursensor (f) zur Temperaturmessung im Probenraum,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
  • 1. daß die Temperierzelle auf den Probentisch oder Tischträger eines kommerziellen Mikroskops montierbar ist,
  • 2. daß die Temperierzelle hochdruckfest ausgebildet ist und hierzu das Sichtfenster (i) von der Innenseite des Probenraums (e) her auf einen durch Kontermuttern (l) gesicherten Fenstersitz (k) aufgeklebt und über eine selbstverstärkende Metalldichtung (m) abgedichtet ist
  • 3. und daß ein Probenwechsel ohne Ausbau des Sichtfensters (i) über eine separate, abdichtbare Beschickungsöffnung (h) erfolgt.
