Abstract
Description
Ein rotierender Kessel (1) wird im Inneren mit einer Schnecke (2) versehen, die gleichzeitig als Wärmeaustauscher arbeitet. In diesen Kessel (1) werden die organischen Stoffe (3) in Einfüllöffnung (4) gegeben, mit Flüssigkeit, Mineralien und Bakterien (5) (im weiteren nur Bakterien bzw. Bakterienkulturen), z. B. aus dem Magen- und Pansen- oder Darmtrakt von Wiederkäuern zum Aufschluß von Zellulose, gemischt.A rotating boiler ( 1 ) is provided with a screw ( 2 ) inside, which also works as a heat exchanger. - 2. die Vermehrung von Bakterien (5) durch an Radarstrahlen angebundene Frequenzen (7) erfolgt;
- 3. die anorganischen Stoffe (3) im Zuge der Aufbereitung laufend nachgefüllt und entnommen werden;
- 4. entstehende Wärmeenergie über den in die Schnecke integrierten Wärmeaustauscher (2) abgeführt und Gase (8) über ein Rohrsystem abgeleitet werden;
- 5. Bakterien (5) über ein Rohrsystem (10) am Ende der Aufbereitung wieder teilweise an den Anfang des Prozesses der Aufbereitung zurückgeführt werden.
