1. Behälter jeder Art für Lebensmittel mit einem Ver­ schlußdeckel, dessen umlaufender Rand von einem den oberen Rand der Behälterschale umlaufenden, mit der Wand letzterer einstückig ausgebildeten Schutzelement abgedeckt so umfaßt ist, daß die Abnahme des Deckels behindert ist, und mit einer Abreißlasche, die über Sollbruchstellen mit dem Schutzelement halterungsmäßig verbunden ist und an ihrer Unterkante mindestens eine Auskragung aufweist, die in eine entsprechende Aus­ nehmung des Schutzelementes des Behälters eingepaßt und mit diesem über Sollbruchstellen verbunden ist, wobei nach Entfernung der Abreißlasche und damit der Auskragung aus der entsprechenden Ausnehmung des Schutzelementes der Deckelrand dem Öffnungsgriff zugänglich ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in die Behälteröffnung (3) ein einen tiefgezogenen Boden (17) aufweisender Einsatz (15) herausnehmbar eingepaßt ist, dessen zum oberen Behälterinnenmantel (5) parallel verlaufende Außenfläche (19) der Wand (18) des Ein­ satzes (15) an ihrem unteren Ende (20) eine umfangs­ mäßig umlaufende, eine Auflage bildende Ausnehmung (21) aufweist, die auf einer an dem Behälterinnen­ mantel (5) ausgebildeten, innenumfangsmäßig umlaufen­ den entsprechenden Auflagefläche (22) aufliegt,
auf dem Boden (17) des Einsatzes (15) mindestens ein an sich bekanntes Besteckelement (14) entfernbar ge­ haltert ist, und
an der Innenwand (16) des Einsatzes (15) mindestens ein Griffelement (23) vorgesehen ist, an dem der in die Behälteröffnung (3) eingepaßte Einsatz (15) nur bei Entfernung der Abreißlasche (8) von dem Schutz­ element (6) und damit der Auskragung (11) der Abreiß­ lasche (8) aus der entsprechenden Ausnehmung (12) des Schutzelementes (6) sowie des den Einsatz (15) ab­ deckenden Deckels (2) vom Behälter (1) aus diesem herausnehmbar ist.1. Behälter in Form einer Ovalschale mit im Grundriß ellipsenförmigem Deckel nach Anspruch 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abreißlasche (8) eine Stirn­ seite (32) der Außenfläche (33) des Deckelrandes (4) derart umfaßt, daß die Hauptachse (35) der Ellipse (34) - gesehen im Grundriß - mittig durch die in die Ausnehmung (12) des Schutzelementes (6) der Ovalschale (1) eingepaßte Auskragung (11) verläuft, und daß beidseitig der Hauptachse (35) der Ellipse (34) jeweils drei der Halterungselemente (13) in vertikaler Anordnung zur Hauptachse (35) im Abstand zueinander auf dem Boden (3) des ellipsenförmigen Einsatzes (15) so vorgesehen sind, daß das Besteckteil (14) zwischen den Halterungselementen (13) im wesentlichen längs der Hauptachse (35) gehaltert ist.10.
