Abstract

Elektrische Bauelemente in Form von Energievaristoren sind beispielsweise aus dem Datenbuch der Anmelderin SIOV-Metalloxid-Varistoren, 1992, Seiten 169 und 170 bekannt. Der­ artige Energievaristoren, deren Aufbau generell in Fig. 1 dargestellt ist, bestehen aus einem Varistorkörper 1 mit An­ schlußmetallisierungen 2, die Anschlußmetallisierungen 2 elektrisch kontaktierende Kontaktierungsdrahte 3 sowie einer Umhüllung 5. Charakteristisch für einen derartigen Aufbau ist, daß die Metallisierungen 2 Freiränder 4 lassen, um Über­ schläge von den Anschlußmetallisierungen über die Mantelflä­ che des Varistorkörpers 1 zu verhindern. Die Breite eines derartigen Freiraums ist in Fig. 1 mit b bezeichnet. Es ist dabei aber immer noch möglich, daß bei höheren Spannungen Im­ pulsüberschläge zwischen dem Varistorkörper 1 und den Kontak­ tierungsdrähten 3 im Bereich der Freirander 4 auftreten kön­ nen.Electrical components in the form of energy varistors are known, for example, from the data book of the applicant SIOV metal oxide varistors, 1992, pages 169 and 170.
